Peter Zieve is an inventor with 23 patents and the owner of an innovative business. He is the CEO of Electroimpact Inc., based in Mukilteo, Washington. The company is a world leader in design and manufacturing of aerospace tooling and automation. It is also a highly experienced aerospace automation company with engineers who specialize in the field.

Before establishing his own company, Peter Zieve graduated from MIT in 1976 with a degree in electrical engineering.  He started EFB, Inc in 1977.  He left that company in 1983 to pursue a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington in 1986.  Peter Zieve founded Electroimpact shortly after receiving his PhD in June 1986.  Peter Zieve also worked as a research assistant professor of electrical engineering at the University of Washington from 1986 until 1988.

Outside of his work-related ventures, Peter Zieve supports various local causes and establishments such as the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, and Camp Solomon Schechter where he was a board member. He also implemented an Electroimpact Internship Program that accepts high school students and also provides educational assistance for students who want to pursue a career in STEM.
